What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at 909-521-0210 so we can make these changes immediately. Once your product begins production, no changes can be made. 

Can I get a refund on an item I purchased on sale? 

No. Sorry only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

When will my order ship?

Our products are printed on demand. Printing is usually completed within 3-5 business days of placing your order; however, during peak periods the printing time could take longer.  

Business days are counted as the next business day after you place your order. 

Standard Shipping: up to 7 business days, but historically 3 to 5 business days after printing is completed. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
